Cedarbrae Running & Reading Club
Every Tuesday after school, coaches volunteer with LCA to work with children selected by the teachers of Cedarbrae Public School for a fun time of building up reading ability, getting lifelong exercise skills, along with plenty of hugs and words of encouragement.
At the end of the year, the kids participate in a quiz game based on the reading through the year, and a 5 km run with other schools from Ontario who participate in the Start2Finish Running & Reading program.
